7 C’s of Communication

 The 7 C’s of Communication are principles that help make communication effective and meaningful:

    The message should be clear and easy to understand. Avoid confusing words and ambiguity.

  2. Conciseness
    Communicate in as few words as possible without losing the message. Avoid unnecessary details.

  3. Concreteness
    The message should be specific and supported by facts and figures, not vague ideas.

  4. Correctness
    Use correct grammar, spelling, facts, and figures to maintain credibility.

  5. Coherence
    The message should be logical and well-organized, so the idea flows smoothly.

  6. Completeness
    Provide all necessary information so the receiver does not have doubts.

  7. Courtesy
    Be polite, respectful, and considerate of the receiver’s feelings.
